Tiger Woods Leading BMW Championship As He Enters The Back Nine

There goes that man again. It isnt a high profile major but Tiger Woods will take any kind of PGA title this season after his near miss at The PGA Championship in August.

Through 10 holes in the current BMW Championship, Tiger made par to move to -7 under and take sole possession of the lead by three strokes over Rickie Fowler, Hideki Matsuyama and a few other golfers.  Tiger is in a zone. He’s already had his first Eagle in three months.

This could be the one we’ve all been waiting for.  Win or lose, the consistency he’s exhibiting as a contender proves that Tiger is back. Being recently named to the U.S.

In Augusts PGA Championships Tiger captivated the sports world as he shot a 64, his lowest final round ever in a PGA major. The living legend, whose comeback has been nothing short of epic, finished second behind Brooks Koepka (-16) with a score of -14.

Tiger Woods last victory on the PGA Tour his 79th came more than five years ago, on Aug. 4, 2013, at the 2013 WGC-Bridgestone Invitational at Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio.

The golf world waits in intense anticipation of the day he puts, stroked and slices his way to a dub on the Tour.

Tiger isnt getting crowned today, theres still a ton of golf left, but he does have that confident swag and his putting game look solid, so this could be the tournament he breaks through.
