2014 is shaping up to be quite an interesting year for entertainer/producer Pharrell Williams. Not only did he win four Grammys at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards. And not only is his hit song “Happy” nominated for an Academy Award. But news is beginning to filter in that says he will be performing during the upcoming NBA All Star festivities in New Orleans, LA.
Pharrell will be joined on stage by a group of performers that many people would consider an NBA All Star team in itself. The NBA announced Pharrell’s collaborators via its Instagram account: Diddy, Busta Rhymes, Nelly and Snoop Dogg are all slated to join Pharrell in rocking the house in New Orleans.
The NBA All-Star music line up will also feature sets from Janelle Monae and Kendrick Lamar. The 63rd Annual NBA All-Star game is scheduled to take place at the Smoothie King Center on Sunday, Feb. 16. It will be broadcast live on TNT.
