The highly anticipated debut of Showtime's documentary "Kobe Bryant's Muse" will be Saturday February 21st at 9pm EST/PST.

Since announced last year, fans have been anxiously waiting for the release of the documentary, which promises to give them un-paralleled access to one of the greatest NBA players in history.

Per Showtime:

"Kobe Bryant's Muse will offer viewers a deep character portrait of a professional athlete who has transcended his sport to become a culture-moving personality,” said Stephen Espinoza, Executive Vice President and General Manager, SHOWTIME Sports®.  “We are thrilled that Kobe has given us this unprecedented access, which will allow our viewers to witness such a pivotal moment in the life of one of the NBA’s greatest players.”

Bryant, an 18-year veteran and 16-time NBA All-Star, has earned five NBA Championships during his time in the league. At this critical juncture in his career, viewers will watch as Bryant attempts to cement his legacy, opening a window into the mind of an elite athlete still motivated to be the best, but also contemplating life after sports.

The film is directed by Gotham Chopra and is executive produced by Kobe Bryant and Gotham Chopra in association with Mamba Media.
