President Obama Shows Us How African Nations Can Create Electricity And Win The World Cup

President Obama is leaving Africa after a three-nation tour discussing his energy policy for the region. President Bush's African legacy are his efforts to prevent the spread of HIV. Obama's goal is to eventually bring electricity to rural areas of the continent. Thanks to the newly-developed soccket ball, you can score actual goals and provide power. On Tuesday, Obama was seen kicking a soccer ball around with Tanzanian President, Jakaya Kikwete, however, it was no ordinary soccer ball. The soccket ball was developed by two Harvard graduates, but inside the ball is also a tiny power generator and battery. After it is played with for 30 minutes, it can serve as an outlet and produce six hours of batttery power.

This could be big for powerless rural parts of the continent and for international soccer.

Although, no African nation has ever won the World Cup, America's soccer program has been stuck in neutral for years. However,  while our best youth athletes are playing hoops, many Africans will have further incentive to go out there and play soccer.
