Myles Garrett Blasts KD As A Fake Front Runner

Cleveland Browns football player Myles Garrett apparently didnt take too kindly to Kevin Durants sudden burst of bravado when the two-time NBA champion basically said that its easy to shine when your team is garbage, which most people took as a direct shot at LeBron James who was lavished with adulation for dragging a side show like the Cavs to an NBA finals, but fell short againstGolden State and the wrath of Durantula for the second straight season.

Kevin Durant did not have to say it, but this statement was taken by many as a veiled reference to LeBron James.

Garrett offered this blunt commentary on Thursday about Kevin Durants career choices:

Kevin Durant broke the league. He hopped onto a 73-9 team and took the easy way out in my mind. With KD you just stick him in and he scores…you put the second best player in the world on an already all-time great team and of course you’re going to have success and pretty easy success. Anybody can have an off night and still be able to find a way to win.”

Myles Garrett … not a fan of Kevin Durant on the Warriors.

“If I were him I would of never made a move like that in the first place. Me, I’m too competitive to try and ride on someone’s coattails to get a W.  (KD) might as well stay at the spot youre at now. Theres no point in leaving since youve already taken that moniker and hes been called the Snake and the Cupcake and all that. You might as well stay and just keep on winning.

Ouch ! Its not like Garrett isnt expressing a popular opinion, but it seems he put some extra sauce on it to defend his city and LeBron James. KD has been sipping that Jesus juice lately and is riding the euphoria of winning back-to back NBA Championships and Finals MVPs, beating King James at his own game of teamstacking.

LeBron started what I would call Myspace, and Golden State started Facebook. They one-upped him with the Kevin Durant addition.” – @RobParkerFS1 https://t.co/EUDgvoZvA8

Garrett wanted to bring Durant back to earth a little with some historical facts and basically tell KD knoe to watch his mouth because hes not as thorough a G as hes trying to portray right now.
