Laurence Fishburne starred as Socrates Fortlow in Walter Mosley’s HBO movie Always Outnumbered. And now, 15 years later, the actor is reappearing as the character for HBO’s new developing series The Right Mistake. Fishburne will not only star in the series, but he will also executive produce.
The drama series, based on Mosley’s book series featuring the character Socrates Fortlow, tells the story of an ex convict fighting his inner demons as well as outside obstacles as he tries to change his life after being in prison for 27 years.
An award-winning veteran of Hollywood, Fishburne is best known for his roles in The Matrix, CSI, and NBC’s Hannibal.
