The BET Hip-Hop Award Show was filmed last weekend but debuts on Oct. 15. On Thursday morning, we got our first taste of the best part of the show: the cyphers. Rhyming over Mobb Deep's "Shook Ones," Kendrick Lamar goes at Drake in this 15-second preview of his full cypher, referring to his verse on "Control" and Drake's latest album title, Nothing Was The Same before mocking sensitive rappers.

Does it mean anything, though? That remains to be seen. Drake brushed off K. Dot's verse on "Control," particularly after he said Kendrick dapped him up soon after and acted like it was all good. For now, this rivalry appears to be one-sided. Maybe this will change things.
