Johnny Manziel Lawyered Up For The NCAA Probe

The family of Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel locked up a pair of El Paso attorneys, to make sure the NCAA doesn't sniff the trace of the money Manziel allegedly took for signing autographs at the BCS title game in January.

Jim Darnell and Jeep Darnell are two cowboy hat-wearing attorneys with experience in going to battle with the NCAA. Their most notable cases being Baylor's basketball program investigation in the early 2000s, and when former Southern California basketball coach Tim Floyd was also investigated.

Manziel's eligibility for the highly-anticipated 2013 season is in question if the NCAA so much as believes it found evidence against him. May the best man win.
