ESPN journalist and Numbers Never Lie co-host Jemelle Hill is known to rep hard for her alma mater Michigan State University.

Apparently, the love goes both ways as Michigan State recently decided to name the Detroit native as the grand marshal for its homecoming parade on Sept 26 in East Lansing.

In addition to attending Michigan State as a student, Hill also covered the Spartans as a writer fo the Detroit Free Press from 1999 through 2005, when she migrated South to become the only black female sports columnist in the country for the Orlando Sentinel.

It should be about as easy of a job as Michigan State's mopping the floor with Wyoming in what should be a lopsided affair on Sept. 27.
