Ja Rule Gets Unruly in New Book

The next chapter in the feud between 50 Cent and Ja Rule comes with Ja Rule’s new book, “Unruly: The Highs and Lows of Being a Man.”

Set for release on Tuesday, July 1, Ja dishes about his feud with 50 Cent. In his new book, he mentions an Atlanta peace summit in 2000 that was supposed to end the feud, but instead turned into a physical altercation.

“50 tried to swing on me, but I dipped, then I hit him with the baby Louisville Slugger,” Ja Rule told the New York Daily News. “Bam! I dropped the bat. I pulled the shirt over his head. I started catching him left, right, uppercut.”

In the memoir, Ja Rule also claims he was the leader in the notorious Hit Factory recording studio attack on 50 in Midtown later the same year, when 50 ended up being stabbed. Arming himself with a crutch swiped from a crew member with a broken foot, Ja admits to forcing his way into the recording studio with his entourage.

“I hit him with the crutch,” Ja Rule boasts. “We proceeded to whip his ass. I was putting in my work. 50 was crunched in the corner. I slammed the big Tannoy speaker down on him.”

Defending himself against the violence, Ja states, “50 was a crazed man on a mission to destroy me.”

Hoping to make a comeback, obviously by any means necessary, Ja Rule has also been shopping a reality show Follow the Rules, set at home with his wife, Aisha, and their three children.
