Halle Berry’s first produced film, “Frankie & Alice,” is set to be released on April 14, 2014, after being acquired by Codeblack Films. The movie is based on the true life story of a 1970s go-go dancer, who after being traumatized as a child, develops two personalities ─ Genius, a seven year old; and Alice, a white Southern racist. The film, which has been seeking distribution since finishing production in 2009, stars Stellan Skarsgard (“Thor: The Dark World,” “The Avengers”), and Emmy nominees Phylicia Rashad (“For Colored Girls”) and Chandra Wilson (“Grey’s Anatomy”).
