The Golden State Warriors took many people by surprise with their poise and ability in last seasons NBA Playoffs, but were ultimately dismissed by the vets of the West, the Spurs. A summer to remember what losing feels like plus a few new pieces has them feeling like Finals contenders this year, and they hosted the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday night looking to prove a point. OKC has Russ back, though, so it wasn't an easy task. In fact, the Warriors needed every second of the 48-minute game to get what they were looking for.
