GLORY Announces Latin American Broadcast Deal With FOX Sports

Kickboxing is continuing to raise its stock worldwide as GLORY and FOX Sports Latin America today announced a multi-year broadcast deal that will allow stand-up combat fans in Latin America to watch live GLORY events. Through the agreement, which began earlier this month with GLORY 50 Chicago and continues into 2019, FOX Sports will air every GLORY numbered event to over 50 million households in Mexico, Central America and South America, excluding Brazil.
 
Increasing our Latin American footprint is crucial as GLORY continues to grow its global presence, said Marshall Zelaznik, CEO, GLORY via press release. Our roster includes incredible talent from that part of the world, and with our global event aspirations, we will be looking to activate GLORY for all our fans in the region to experience.

GLORY has been at the forefront of the sports tide that now includes a kickboxing division for MMA promotion, Bellator. GLORY hired, Zelaznik, the former Executive Vice President and Chief Content Officer for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), after he was one of the casualties of the new WME-IMG acquisition of the UFC. During a decade-long tenure with the combat sports leader, he spearheaded multiple facets of international growth.
