The hard knock life is coming to the big screen in December starring Jamie Foxx and Quvenzhané Wallis and it’s already getting rave reviews. The first trailer for Annie has been released and not only do they make for a great duo, but Cameron Diaz looks hilarious in her role as Ms. Hannigan. The film, produced by Jay Z and Will Smith, is slated to hit theaters on Christmas Day 2014.
But there are tweaks. Foxx plays Will Stacks, as opposed to Daddy Warbucks. He’s described as a billionaire New York mayoral candidate who comes across Annie, played by Wallis, in the streets of Harlem. Check out the trailer below.
