According to Adam Schefter, Ezekiel Elliott’s suspension was upheld by Judge Harold Henderson, yet the Cowboys’ star running back is still eligible to play in week 1. In addition, Judge Henderson has reserved his ruling on a motion for a temporary restraining order until Friday.
