Dick Lebeau Leaves Steelers

Dick Lebeau's legendary run in Pittsburgh has come to an end. At 77 he has coached in the NFL since 1973 and is considered the creator of the zone blitz.

He has won two Super Bowls but as the Steelers talent diminishes on the defensive side of the ball so has their patience with the old legend. Lebeau said that "it was just time to take a break." He also stated that he's not retiring, " I'm resigning this position, not retiring." He will most likely move towards a team more suited for the Tampa 2 defense.
