Desean Jackson reportedly a victim of home invasion

Washington WR Desean Jackson was the victim of a home invasion according to a TMZ sports report.

Jackson, who has not yet issued a comment on the story, was also not in the home at the time of the invasion.

Law enforcement sources tell us at least one person in the home was pistol-whipped and suffered minor injuries.

Eventually, the people inside the home fought off the intruders who fled from the scene.

Cops arrived a short time later and took a report.

We’re told investigators believe the intruders had been in the home before. Sources connected to the incident tell us the intruders appeared to know exactly where the security cameras were placed.

Our law enforcement sources tell us cops have leads on some of the suspects — and believe the incident was gang related.

A gang related crime involving Jackson wouldn’t be a shock, as he has been accused in the past of having gang affiliations, specifically upon being released by the Eagles in 2014. While has always denied direct involvement, the wideout has maintained that he has relationships with gang members that he grew up with in South LA.

It’s possible that he could’ve been taken advantage of by some of those “friends” but nothing is confirmed as of yet. We will update with further details when they become available.
