Coach K Adds Justice Winslow To Duke’s 2014 Recruiting Haul

After Jabari Parker begins collecting an NBA paycheck, Duke might be gathering a freshman class in 2014 that will be more talented in terms of sheer volume of talent. Last Friday, Jahlil Okafor and Tyus Jones commited to Duke for the 2013 season and have evoked memories of the Greg Oden and Mike Conley pairing at Ohio State seven years ago. Grayson Allen, the 24th-ranked recruit in the class of 2014 will provide some scoring punch on the wing. On Thursday, Justice Winslow, a teammate of Okafor and Jones' on Team USA's Under-17 roster which won a gold medal in 2012 also announced his itention to play for Coach K in 2014.

Obviouly, he's not as gifted overall as Parke, but Winslow is an athletic 6-9 small forward from Houston, Texas who is developing range that extends beyond three-point range. Winslow's impact could come on the other end where he is considered an extremely skilled defender that has been compared to a young Ron Artest.
