After years as the Lakers roommates in Jerry Buss' mansion, the Clippers finally moved out of the Western Conference basement after acquiring Chris Paul last season. They aren't championship contenders yet, but the Clippers have finally moved some plastic-covered furniture and hung a personal portrait onto the Laker-adorned walls in the form of their first Pacific Division title. Not that it's a competition, but the Lakers have 23 division titles in franchise history. However, the loss also has them staring out in the cold through glass windows at the West's top eight seeds.

At this point, Kobe's teammates have to be thinking they would have gotten the ball more w/ Hellen Keller at point guard.— Jemele Hill (@jemelehill) April 7, 2013
I know that's weird to say when Kobe already has 10+ assists, but he went 1-on-5 about 50-eleven times.— Jemele Hill (@jemelehill) April 7, 2013
I am NOT blaming Kobe for this loss. But when they threatened late, I would have liked to see him trust his teammates a little more.— Jemele Hill (@jemelehill) April 7, 2013
