Michael Jackson’s estate is suing a movie memorabilia store claiming that they’re auctioning off pictures of Michael taken in 1984.

The lawsuit claims that Premiere Props put photos up for auction while informing potential buyers that they would own the copyrights to photos taken during Jackson’s 1984 Victory Tour. Jackson’s estate seeks all profits from the auction, hoping to stop Premiere Prop from selling anymore Jackson memorabilia.

According to its website, Premiere Prop listed the value of the pictures from $200 to over $2,000. The original photographer that took the photos was hired by Jackson.
