All-Star Saturday Night Was Worse Than The New Lox Album

The Slam Dunk Contest during All-Star Weekend used to be one of the most entertaining offerings of the break other than the game itself.

I had a feeling that after being in Toronto to witness last year’s joint, which was right up there with the classic Dominique vs Air Jordan duel, that this year’s piece had the possibility to be wacker than Cardi B’s debut album, the new Lox joint or whatever that was that Bow Wow and Soulja Boy put out.

So when DJ Khaled hitting a three-pointer turns out to be one of the dopests parts of All-Star Saturday Night, it’s time for the league to do some soul-searching.

Kristaps Porzingis won the Skills Challenge, Eric Gordon beat Kyrie The Earth is Flat Irving in the 3-point contest and Glenn Robinson III won the most forgettable flop of a dunk contest there ever was.

The best part of the night was the tribute to Craig Sager and the money that was raised for the Sager Strong Foundation.

But other than that, to end the so-so night with that vomit-inducing dunk contest was simply wack.

Thanks Obama!
