Aaron Hernandez was indicted by a grand jury on six counts, including the first-degree murder of semi-professional football player Odin Lloyd. Hernandez and his legal team hoped to have a probable cause hearing today in order to cross-examine some of the witnesses and move toward a dismissal. Instead, Hernandez was indicted, the first step towards a trial by jury.
