The Cleveland Browns haven't sniffed the Playoffs since Vietnam (estimation) and they won't be getting close in 2013 either. Just two weeks into the season, the Browns unloaded their third overall pick in 2012, in which Richardson was the highest-rated back since Adrien Peterson, to the Indianapolis Colts for a 2014 first-round pick.
The Browns are obviously entering tank-mode. Are they going for Johnny Manziel? Teddy Bridgewater? Jadeveon Clowney? At this point, no one knows, but that has never stopped Twitter from going in.
