Marshawn Lynch Promotes Oakland School Attendance With New Video

Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch joined about 30 Oakland Unified School District students to promote class attendance, and show the potential children can reach in pursuing their education.

Lynch's hometown district sees "chronic absenteeism," which means students are missing 10 percent of school days, regardless of reasons.

It's a two-minute video that samples the "Don't Stop the Music" track with kids seeing themselves as teachers, doctors, actors, construction workers and a host of other professions, but it's all tied to going to school.

Well done.
