Jim Jones’ new EP Vampire Life Pt. 2: Memoirs of a Hustler is set to drop on August 12. The project will feature contributions from Trey Songz, Yo Gotti, K Camp, Jadakiss, and Cam’ron, among others. Jones reportedly told XXL the set is designed for summertime listening.
“It’s roughly seven records,” Jones told XXL. “There are some pretty good, summertime records and I got some good energy on it. The tempo is a little bit different than what people are used to.”
The set was recorded in Miami and New York, and early leaks reveal an album that is heavily influenced by southern rap, or rather, trap music. The lead single from the project “The Sh*t”.
