For the first time, the autopsy report from Notorious BIG's shooting has been made available to the public, courtesy of TMZ.
The report goes into graphic detail about the injuries Biggie suffered and the impact of each of the four bullets he was struck by.
The fatal bullet was Gunshot #4 ... which entered Wallace's body through his right hip and ripped its way through several vital organs ... before coming to rest in his left shoulder area.
There isn't any revelatory information about the shooter, however, the doctors did scribble one tidbit in their notes: "Decedant may be a rap star."
